Probation time for a Virtual Assistant/Client Relationship? NO
Online Business Managers/Virtual Assistants!
Very informative article!!!
(excerpt from article)
The only “auditioning" you a a VA should be doing is after you have entered into your business contract/retained administrative support relationship is the continued competent demonstration of your skills and following through of the things you promised you could/would do for clients–basically, just doing good work. That is what will secure their desire to keep working together and growing the relationship.
And any client who truly is wishy-washy and wants you to keep jumping through auditioning, probationary hoops is not one you can afford to waste your time and energy on. Next!
Here is my comment!!
What a wonderful direct response to this question.Thank you for reminding us how valuable and smart we all are! We have more experience in the fields we give support in than most. We are good at what we do!
Thanks Danielle!

Cash goes where???
Do you ever wonder where you cash goes? Of course you have. Does it just disappear like the sock in the dryer thing??? Never to be found again?
I try to make myself stick to writing it down. I take that $60.00 out of the ATM thinking I am going to get some gas, pick up a few things at the market, and have some cash in my purse. You know so the next time my granddaughter asks me for a buck I actually have one to give her!!
But somehow it just disappears. And I didn't write down where it went. Now what???
Okay so I vow to do better next time.
Will I ever learn?

How to deal with death is at least as important as how to deal with life.

I have this theory that chocolate slows down the aging process.... It may not be true, but do I dare take the chance?
